Objective

This course is designed to give students facts and information to help make good decisions regarding drinking and driving. The course also gives graduates 5% insurance discount for three years on their personal vehicle insurance.

Curriculum

This is a drug and alcohol awareness course with the objective being to prevent drinking and driving. Topics covered include state laws regarding alcohol, risks involved in drinking and driving, alcoholism and much more. Students will participate in a drinking and driving convincer drill and also use the special fatal vision goggles, which lets them experience a .08 BAC in reality.
